Greetings!

I am looking to setup a new gaming rig, it will be mainly used for gaming (multi acc. Eve Online, Skyrim, League of Legends and some older games not worth mentioning), and for usual home/internet use.
I already have win7 - 64 home edition, can upgrade to win 8 if needed
Eve system requirements:

A friend of mine recommended to start with this bundle, as a good base setup that will last couple of years and will be easily upgradable:

https://www.awd-it.co.uk/intel-i7-5820k-overclocked-4.0ghz-hex-core-asus-x99-a-ddr4-bundle.html

I have contacted the company, they will gladly assemble it, they just need specifications and after that they will ship it to Germany (where i live atm), it will be much cheaper that way.

Since i am not much of a techie, could you recommend me please what else would come together with this bundle that is compatible, up to £1400-1500 price (around 2000 euro)

My thoughts:
- I already have 2x few years old samsung monitors, and plan to upgrade in a few months to 4k, but for now these two will do
- 32Gb ram
- GTX 980 or 970
- SSD 256 (i have few external HDD's so storage isn't a problem)
- no shiny case please, i prefer black box under my table :)

If price is tight it can be a cheaper video card and lesser Ram and i can upgrade it by myself in time.
I am open for any questions/suggestions.

Thank you very much for your time

The 2011 v3 is overkill for gaming and has the same performance as the 4690k http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1261?vs=1320 and at 4k your cpu is even less of a factor.

Here is a quick build that is anticipating a 4k monitor, you can switch the 290x's for 980's but the extra price will net not much fps gains at 4k and a single 980 isn't enough for 4k.

About 1630euro i'm not sure if this site will work for you but it says it German.

1 x Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB, SATA 6Gb/s (ST2000DM001)
1 x Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB, SATA 6Gb/s (MZ-75E250B)
1 x Intel Core i5-4690K, 4x 3.50GHz, boxed (BX80646I54690K)
1 x Kingston HyperX FURY rot DIMM Kit 16GB, DDR3-1866, CL10 (HX318C10FRK2/16)
2 x Sapphire Radeon...

Thank you for your response, i like your setup, it is much cheaper than i've planned, only 1 thing worries me still and i forgot it to mention, please accept my apologies - Eve Online, up to 11 accounts (it can get quite laggy at times even with 1 account only), will this setup be able to roll all of them at the same time, this was mainly the reason to go with 6 core processor at the beginning, i thought to start with strong cpu and motherboard, and rest would be (for me) easily upgreadable in time (3-5 years range)?

I'm not too sure and correct me if i'm wrong but most mmo's rely heavily on single core performance and don't scale well to a lot of cpu cores. With the h100i you can get a good 4.5ghz oc with the 4690k, you can also step it up to a 4790k and oc that higher but the 2011 v3 cpu's are clocked lower and like I said I donlt think eve will scale well so 6 slower cores might not help, or even slow you down.

I will need to do some more research on my own, to see what i can come up with, if not i will go with your setup, thank you again for your help. Best of luck :)
