Need help with getting shader 3.0

These are my computers specs:
ACPI x64-based PC
Display adapters:Intel(R)82945G Express Chipset Family
Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4400 @ 2.00GHz 2.00GHz
Windows 7 64-bit with 1.50gb ram
so based on my specs is there anything I can upgrade to get shader 3.0 (currently I have shader 2.0) and if so what do I need to upgrade

Shaders are part of the hardware. You need to upgrade your video adapter to get the newer shader model. If this is a laptop then you need a new laptop.
