Question Need help with GW Sades SA-907 Mic..

Hey guys, as the title says I need help with my Sades SA-907.
The problem is that my buddies told me that sometimes the microphone acts weird while talking with them in Teamspeak 3. ( My voice quite down then suddenly get loud, its buzzing, dissorting sometimes), and this annoys me to the death now.
I bought it 2days ago from Amazon, so its still new.
Any ideas what supposed to be the problem?

Contact support for the headset. That is not a bad quality one, but still pretty much a generic brand, it can have issues.

Thank you for your answer, I already sent it back to Amazon and requested a full refund.
It was a great headset, the sounds were amazing and it was so comfortable, but oh well it happens.
I tried every suggestions, but it just couldn't get better.
