Need help with HDMI

I have 2 computers on this monitor, which is 1080p:

1 on dvi and the other on hdmi. Hdmi is coming from this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127560
the dvi from my pc with a 5770 works fine at 1080p and it's on fullscreen. but when i switch the input to my hdmi 6870, it has about a 1 inch border around the screen. PLease help! how do I get it full screen?

In the Catalyst control center panel there should be an option that says about Overscan. It's possible that you don't have it set to 100%. I can't remember where exactly it's located but it's in the catalyst options somewhere.
