Hi.

I have a Gigabyte B150M-D3H and a Pentium G4400 with 4Gb of ram. Whenever I check the dedicated VRAM located under "Screen Resolution" > "Advanced Settings" I can see that I have 128MB Dedicated VRAM and 1982MB Shared System Memory. When I check BIOS it gives me 2 options to change the amount of VRAM but changing those 2 settings doesnt seem to do anything with the values above. Is there anyway that I can change the Dedicated VRAM to at least 512MB? or 1GB? I have a screenshot below of my BIOS.

Note:

DVMT Pre-Allocated = Gives me option to change it from 32MB to 512MB
DVMT Total GFX Memory = Gives me option to change it from 128MB, 256MB and MAX.

Additional specs: Running Windows 8.1 Pro

DVMT Pre-Allocated = set to 512MB
DVMT Total GFX Memory = set to MAX. you could experiment with this amount. be aware that it shares memory with your system RAM so setting a higher amount with 4GB RAM might leave you with less RAM available.

you'd have to actually be running a game for the memory to be used.

I did experiment with the values in bios with no luck at all as stated in my post. Whatever value I change in the BIOS only the "Shared System Memory would change" but the actual Dedicated VRAM will stay at 128MB (as per Screen Resolution > Advanced Setting).
