I'm trying to make my new build cleaner but I'm finding my current cable options unsatisfactory. I purchased a G-Series 750W gold rated Seasonic PSU and for the GPU it has an obnoxious ribboned 8pin connector with a second connector hanging off of it.

What I'm looking for is if someone knows where I can purchase clean(well sleeved) individual power supply connectors for my GPU to my PSU and power cords for my PSU to SSD , HDD, and dvd drive. Also is there any risk of damaging my components by doing this?

I'm going through the same issues, with a Corsair RM series power supply. I've come across a few different sites that make full sleeved sets, Moddiy.com, icemodz.com, and frozencpu.com all offer sleeved cabling, with the option to do completely custom cables to suit your needs exactly. The one I'm considering using is Icemodz, though Moddiy seems to offer a lot more "ready made" sets.
For question one, short answer is you can't. But there are a number of individuals\companies that will sleeve the whole PSU for you. Obviously you have to ship it to them, and the rates are usually in the neighborhood of 200ish. Google around you'll find them. An alternative would be to purchase individually sleeved extensions which go for around 10-30 dollars per cable depending on the cable and quality of sleeve. They would look ugly as hell in your setup though. And of course the last option would be to sleeve them yourself.
For question two, of course there is. You're essentially disassembling the PSU and rewiring it. But if you had a professional do it then no, they wouldn't mess up and presumably would pay for it if they did.
