Need help with installing Wondows 7 with Backup files

im about to install windows 7 ultimate on my PC . now i have 2 HDD's on my pc one of them i just formatted for BAckup and now i am moving my files to that HDD . im gonna do a clean install of window 7 and im wondering if the other HDD with my Backup will get wiped clean too? thanks

No it won't, just select custom install and choose which drive to use.
