need help with mobo

Need help trying to figure out how to get my motherboard to read my ram as 1600 and also allow me to overclock my cpu. my motherboard and cpu supports 1600 mhz. also my cpu is overclockable. my ram is 2 4 gb vulcan 1600 mhz sticks. my cpu is 15 3340s 2.8ghz. I think my mobo is
CM6330_CM6630_CM6730_CM6830_M11AA-8

I read other thread, your PC is from asus M11AA, maybe have the H61 MB, you can use cpu-z to check it out. Also you can not oc if the MB is H61.
