Need help with monitor choosing

Hiya, I am looking at getting a good but yet cheap monitor for my pc that is 24" and has a 1ms response time, I was looking at the Asus VN247H and the BenQ RL2455HM. My max price range is £150 including postage and packaging. If you have any good recommendations then some help would be nice, thanks.

why do you NEED it to have a monitor with 1ms response time? anything below 5ms is barely visible.

its 23" (is that a big deal?), IPS, 5ms (as I said, its fine), really sleek looking, and 25 quid less them your budget.
