Need help with monitor

also i would like it to have decent/nice colors and little to no glare also $145 max

Monitors are so subjective and have so many variables. I'd just go into PCpartPicker, select monitors, filter by 1080p, and whatever else you want, and go with something with high reviews.

Also, if you want "good colors" look into IPS panel monitors, but keep in mind they're either more expensive, or have a TINY bit of display lag. If you want no-glare, avoid glassy displays and look for "anti-glare" coating.

At $145 you're pretty much limited to a 24" monitor. I would say something like a

If you're looking for gaming, you want something with a low GTG response time, 5ms or less typically. These both have good response times and look to have good reviews as well.
