Need help with my 2560x1440 Monitor

Well the title says it all. I currently pre ordered this monitor:

And i have this graphics card:

So my question is can my graphics card handle this monitor when gaming all the new games with out any hick ups or will i have to go sli?

What do you mean by handle ? Sure it can handle that monitor you won't be maxing out far cry 3 or crysis 3 though.
