Need help with my Asus Maximus X Hero Wifi AC 1151(300 series)

So i just built my computer with my 8700k and havent really touched anything on the Motherboard except Fan curves, Led lights and updated the bios. With that said i downloaded CPUZ and noticed what to me seems high cpu voltage at 1.42 which i think its pretty high. I dont know much about these new boards since they have a million settings. I want the CPU to run stock and at low voltage for now. Please let me know what settings things should be at. Would really appreciate it.

I dont remember what my stock voltage is but you should be able to drop it to 1.24V. Wont be home for another 4 hours but i can run 1.24v all the way up to 4.8Ghz before moving to 1.3v for 5ghz.


Also make sure you are on the latest bios, there is a easy bios update inside of window with the asus boards.
