Hello all,

It is my first time building a PC.
Can you please give advices about my build? I will be glad if you can link the tweak you make.
Note that I live in Indonesia and not all part can be available here..

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/cZWJ8K

I really have tight budget, and cannot afford over $900. I even do not have budget for the OS (wishing the windows 10)

I wish to play heavy game with 60 fps, such as the witcher 3.
And for "future proof", I think i5 6500, Gtx 970 should be a must?

I Prefer to use Intel and Nvidia to reduce the consumption of power (well if you can recommend if I should use AMD, I will be glad to rethink if there is a clear reason, note that I am new to PC building).

Thank you for your help!

IPS monitors look better than TN panels~the quicker response time(TN) is not too noticeable either

I have the MSI b150 bazooka running with my i5 6500, no problems, you CANNOT OC

you...

Price according my local currency US$ 1 = around Rp 13.100:

GTX 970 some of the cheapest is MSI (the one i choose at the pcpartpicker) at $365
GTX 970 highest on average is at $462

RX 480 reference (the cheapest) is at $277
RX 480 XFX black edition OC version (only this one available) is at $323

GTX 1060 is not available on credible store :(

oh yeah, the US$900 PC I mean here is based on pc partpicker price, dont worry about my local currency.

P.S.
My budget if using my local currency and revaluated to USD should be around US$1.070

Thank you for your response!

Well im looking for TN panel monitor rather than IPS one..

And I heard that msi b150 bazooka would be best if i dont plan to OC?

I am afraid if i dont get opticak drive because here isnt as advance as other country.

Is there advantage if i choose evga gpu? I heard that msi is easy to configure?

you can get the optical drive

I haven't personally tried either of those company's GPUs but the cost between them is large so I would go with the EVGA, it also has good reviews

Thank you for your response.
Sadly the price between them in my country is the same :(

woohoo bazooka then!

well I just worried that my parts combined can have any problem now.

I hope this will be a good build.

Thank you!

Glad I helped, good luck with your build!
Watch videos online to see how too build the pc correctly
For now use Ubuntu- until you save enough money for windows
