I'm planning on building my first pc and I would appreciate it if you could give me your opinion

Intel Core i5-4690K (Boxed, LGA 1150 Haswell Refresh)
Western Digital Blue 1 TB (3,5" SATA 3.0)
ASUS DRW-24F1ST (DVD/RW)
AsRock B85M Pro4 (mATX, LGA 1150, DDR3)
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 2 x 8 GB (DDR3, 1866 MHz, CL10)
Microsoft Windows 10 Home (64-bit)
SilentiumPC Gladius M35 Pure Black GD-M35 (ATX)
EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G2 (80Plus Gold)
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming 8 GB

So for reference, I put together a partpicker for your proposed build and then what I'd recommend as a change. Prices are in US instead of Polish Zloty. Had to substitute a case that was available in the US for price comparisons but it's equal in terms of the exchange rate.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($235.99 @ B&H)
Motherboard: ASRock B85M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($73.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($73.89 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($47.49 @ OutletPC)...

Couple of things.... 1)4690k is overclockable and you pay big premium to get it overclockable, your motherboard doesn't allow overcooking. Switch to a 4690 (non k)and save a few buck or switch to a Z97 motherboard to allow over clocking.

2) really at this point in time haswell is kind of pointless you could build a 6600k/z170 motherboard/ddr4 memory build for the same money and get w bit better overall platform

Could you recommend a good fan for the 6600k?

Even a stock cooler that comes with the 4690k is fine if you aren't overclocking. That's the good thing about intel's. They run cooler than amd. If you have the budget, just run a small 120mm AIO watercooler. There are plenty out there for under $100. If you want to stay air cooling, a basic cooler like the Hyper 212 is fine. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065
I moved away from air coolers personally but they are still good. That one is fairly inexpensive (29$) with very good ratings.

Good cooler for a 6600k for light OCing or just better temps and noise levels would be a Cryorig H7, if you can find it in your market. Otherwise the easiest to find would be the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.
