I need some advice with this build, my budget is around $2000

Definitely get something else then Corsair for your PSU,
perhaps EVGA, they have great PSU's.

In the range of 750w - 850w, will give you sufficient headroom,
to O.C, without worrying.
Everything looks OK, but I would get a better quality power supply, myself. Something that's gold rated or better, and 650W is just over the minimum needed for that 1080...a few extra watts couldn't hurt if you plan on OC'ing at all.
 


would like to do that, but i live in turkey and better power supplies like gold rated are overpriced here, should i get CoolerMaster MasterWatt Lite 700W 80 Plus instead?
