[SOLVED] Need help with my GTAV PC Game

My GTAV game is giving me constant FPS between 30-35. I know I can get more but I do not know why I am having this issue. My specs are as follows:

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 TI - 6 GB VRAM
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800 HS with Radeon Graphics - 2.90 GHz
RAM: 16GB

Make sure the power setting is set as "High peformance". Then, check if your game is run with GTX, not Radeon, you can find it on Nvidia control panel.

Also make sure it's plugged in,since it's a laptop CPU.
You should also monitor temps and clock speeds for both the CPU and the GPU, it's summer and a laptop will have serious troubles staying cool and if it hits some temp it will clock down to keep cool.
