Need help with new build or to upgrade

i have 2 pcs now
one is
AMd 8350
990fxa-gd65 v2 motherboard
8gb 1600 vengence ram
390x asus strix
coolermaster b700w smps
cooler-master haf 912 cabinet
(Aim: Editing and gaming)

and other is
AMD phenom IIx4 940
msi 790Fx motherboard (which is not working, gonna get basic mobo)
saphire 5850 GPU
550 Tagan PSU
nzxt phantom case
(Aim: Watching movie and media player)

i am planning to make another rig
but i am really confused between
6700k and 5820k
also which mobo would be great for me
i have 6 internal HDD
My Budget is 60k(INR) and yes i am from india
Aim is gaming and Video editing
Also i am getting a laptop which have 6700Hq processors

vidoe editing wait for the newer skylake e chips or the new xeon chips with more then 4 cores. both going to use newer mb then the 2011-3 that are out now. then connect a pascal gpu to it.

5820K CPU with a decent board, 32GB memory and a good cooler is going to run you more like 80K INR, not 60K. 6700K should be a bit less because the boards don't cost quite as much. Sales prices from other locations could bring the cost down some. All links below are from amazon.in

i think i will go 16gb ram which is enough for me
and should i go 5820k?
cause i am getting 6700hq processor in laptop so should i get 6700k also in pc or go 5820k?

Ok, here's what 6700K basics looks like with 16GB memory instead of 32GB. It won't be as fast at editing as the 6 core but it can do the job and is cheaper.
