[SOLVED] Need help with new motherboard

Recently bought a new motherboard asrock z270 taichi s1151

I've fully set it up, and i get on the asrock screen with the 3 dots, and after the dots do a full 360* or two and it will crash, sometimes taking me too a blue screen.

I've tried to take out my GPU and i still get the same result

Please help, any suggestions?

Specs :

CPU - I5 6600 non k
GPU - 1060 6GB
power supply - CX650M
Case - NZXT H500
CPU Fan - intel stock
Motherboard - asrock z270 taichi s1151

Yes, i am installing windows, im installing it with a USB stick with the windows 10 creation tool.

My previous board was the ASUS maximus VIII hero, i had the same issue so i sent it back and got this one.

I currently have 1x8 hyperx fury
and a 2x4 corsair LPX vengeance 2400mhz

Try boot the system to the USB with only the 2x4GB kit installed. Make sure they're installed in the proper RAM slots.

I just tried that and i still have no luck with it booting up to the windows creation tool

USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 drive?
USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port?

If they're matching, I'd probably start with removing and reinstalling the Media Creation Tool and starting from fresh. If it's a used USB drive, consider getting a new one.

If i install the windows 10 again and still no work what else could be the issue?

Also im booting up on EUFI USB stick option in the bios

Honestly, if creating a new USB and reinstalling Windows doesn't work, I have no idea what it might be. Have you tried both front and rear USB ports?

My motherboard is finding my USB stick its just not loading the
windows start up

If it's finding the USB but just not starting the install, then I'd deem it either a faulty USB drive or a faulty ISO. Either way, I'd start from fresh.
