Question Need help with no signal after blackscreen or loss of power

Hey guys hoping I can get some help on here. I was playing escape from tarkov as I usually do some afternoons. Was in the middle of a game when my monitor turned black, keyboard, mouse and headset all shutoff at the same time. I lost power in my pc but the rgb ram sticks were still on . I tried pressing and holding the power and the Ram sticks wouldn’t turn off and the pc wouldn’t turn on. I then unplugged toggled the switch on the case and then plugged it back in. After that everything turned back on except I can no longer get signal to the monitor. I think it’s the graphics card and took it out inspected it and plugged it back in to no avail. I have also tried other moniters and cables it is a zotac gaming GeForce Rtx 3060. If this helps
