In your free time, try to grab see if getting i5-4690K with nice and cheap Z97 board as well as a cheaper case will allow you to get GTX 980 Ti. Otherwise, R9 390 or R9 390x (maybe GTX 970 if you wish) will be...
I am gonna build a better one for you but you need to answer these questions in order:

1) What is the purpose of the PC? Gaming? Editing? Streaming? Rendering? 3D Modeling?
2) What is your budget for the PC excluding any peripherals and the OS?
3) Do you overclock? Do you WANT to overclock? Do you NEED to overclock?
4) How long do you want your PC to stay without upgrading? 5 years? More? Will you upgrade it in the near future?
5) What is your resolution? Do you plan moving to a higher resolution?

1) It's for gaming and multitasking
2) Around 1200£
3) I don't want to overclock that much only a little
4) I want it to last a while
5) 1080p might get 1440p

With Asrock motherboard you can now overclock locked Skylake CPUs. 16GB RAM. GTX 980 Ti - complete overkill for any 1080p gaming. This PC will last you a long time.
