Hey I was seeing if I could get some quality advice and help with a new build. My budget is around $500-$600 range. I currently need a new GPU, SSD, possibly RAM & PSU (if my current ones need upgrading), OS, and if the budget allows a new sexy case.

The items I currently have from a 3yr old system are listed below:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($192.99 @ SuperBiiz)

CPU Cooler: Enermax Liqmax II 120 96.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($55.99 @ Newegg)

Motherboard: ASRock H81M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($56.98 @ SuperBiiz)

Memory: Kingston 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($29.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Storage: Western Digital Blue 1TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive ($53.49 @ OutletPC)

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card

Power Supply: Corsair CSM 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($65.98 @ Newegg)

I greatly appreciate the help!

Solution
You can get a 240GB SSD for 50-100$,
The rest can be easily invested in GPU - Best option is GTX 1070. If you have 1080p@60Hz monitor and do not plan to upgrade it in the next couple of years, get the GTX 1060 for 250-260$.
You can expand your ram to 16GB, but do it only if you have "low system memory" message - 50-60$. If you go this rout, get 2x8GB 1866MHz kit.
Rest of the components can serve you another couple of years.
