Need help with PC

I want to turn standby power off on my computer so I can use it. Computer refuses to turn on after I shut it down last night.
Specs:
- Ryzen 7 1700X (CPU)
- Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX Vega56 (Vid. Card)
- ASUS Strix X370F (Motherboard)
- EVGA 850 G2 (PSU)
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB x2 (Memory)

Try clearing the CMOS. Then go to "Control Panel > Power Options" then select "Choose what the power buttons do" and make your selections.

I can't even boot to BIOS. The entire thing will not turn on, except for the one Standby LED light and the computer will not turn on.

you have the led on the motherboard unplug the ac from psu and if it have a switch turn it off and on the put ac back and try boot .

Nope, didn't work

The problem is that it is not booting at all. I can't boot to BIOS, can't boot period.

About 6 days.

I'm thinking it locked on standby power is the problem, yes. (This is my first time building a PC)

Usually if that is the problem clearing the CMOS will fix it.

Unplug the computer, then pop out the motherboards battery for 30 seconds.

No, you don't have to disconnect the power supply from the tower. Just unplug the computer from the wall, or turn off the power switch on the back of the PSU.

Edit: found battery and removed for 5 minutes. Still does not allow power on.

I'vw tried all of the suggestions listed here and I am still unable to power my computer on.

Just so i'm clear, when you boot the computer the only activity you see is the "Standby power LED" and nothing else? No Q LEDs (BOOT, VGA, DRAM, CPU) or spinning fans.
