I want to turn standby power off on my computer so I can use it. Computer refuses to turn on after I shut it down last night.
Specs:
- Ryzen 7 1700X (CPU)
- Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX Vega56 (Vid. Card)
- ASUS Strix X370F (Motherboard)
- EVGA 850 G2 (PSU)
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB x2 (Memory)

Solution
then you have to find a way to see if board receive power try to borrow a psu for test since fan should spin if you press power button if the psu is good .

I can't even boot to BIOS. The entire thing will not turn on, except for the one Standby LED light and the computer will not turn on.

The problem is that it is not booting at all. I can't boot to BIOS, can't boot period.

About 6 days.

I'm thinking it locked on standby power is the problem, yes. (This is my first time building a PC)

Usually if that is the problem clearing the CMOS will fix it.

Where is that on the motherboard or do I have to disconnect the power supply from my tower?

No, you don't have to disconnect the power supply from the tower. Just unplug the computer from the wall, or turn off the power switch on the back of the PSU.

Just so i'm clear, when you boot the computer the only activity you see is the "Standby power LED" and nothing else? No Q LEDs (BOOT, VGA, DRAM, CPU) or spinning fans.
