I want to turn standby power off on my computer so I can use it. Computer refuses to turn on after I shut it down last night.
Specs:
- Ryzen 7 1700X (CPU)
- Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX Vega56 (Vid. Card)
- ASUS Strix X370F (Motherboard)
- EVGA 850 G2 (PSU)
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB x2 (Memory)

Solution
then you have to find a way to see if board receive power try to borrow a psu for test since fan should spin if you press power button if the psu is good .

I see the standby power LED on (besides the rainbow LED strip on the motherboard design itself) and nothing else starts up. The fans are supposed to turn on when I hit the power button and the five installed fans (4 regular, 1 heatsink) do not turn on/light up/spin/etc. No boot-up beeps, nothing.

And the fan on your video card is not spinning?
