I currently have (2) 16gb Corsair Vengeance RGB 3200mhz sticks of ram and (2) 8gb G-skill 3200mhz sticks of ram on a Asus Tuf Mark 2 motherboard. I cant seem to get them in the correct order so that they all run at the correct speed and on dual channel. I tried to organize them exactly as it says in the manual and the computer will not even start when they are like that. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Solution
if it wont run in the motherboards default XMP take the set of ram with the worst timings and set it to that. For example if you have one set at 3200 14-14-14-36 and the other set at 2666 18-18-18-42 set your manual settings in your bios to 1333 18-18-18-42. because it is DDR Double Data Rate so 1/2 of spec speed.
Yes. Choose optimized defaults (usually F5). That'll revert any settings back to factory you may have missed.

Since there is a profile, but it's set for 2 sticks, it's your choice to keep it or dump it, just make sure the bios isn't set to automatically load that profile on reboot.

Where do I check to see if the xmp profile is loading on the boot? I want to try to get the two 16gb sticks to be located correctly by my cpu and run at the correct speeds. So I take everything off xmp and change it to auto and hit f5 to get everything back to default settings. Do I change all these bios settings after I remove all ram and then just install tge two 16gb sticks into the slots recommended in the motherboard's manual. So once they are in the recommended slots I then change bios settings by changing the ram from using the xmp profile to auto and f5 default settings. Just wondering where do I check to see if the profile is loaded during the boot sequence or anywhere else I need to check to make sure the incorrect settings aren't being loaded screwing things up. So any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
