Need help with purchasing, just to fit DotA 2 graphics.

Windows edition: Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ 2.00GHz
RAM: 2.50GB
System type: 32-bit Operating System
Display adapters: ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series

Nowadays I usually met a problem which is BSOD
when I'm playing DotA2 or watching youtube videos.
And I think that it could be the graphic driver's problem.
So I planned to change one but I dont know which one fits my computer the best.
I'm just need suggestion of a graphic driver which fits 1600x900 and can
run DotA2 at it's highest setting.
Anyone help, please?

BSOD with what error message? Have you checked the dump of data? It is more related with RAM than with GPU.

I've read that thread. Where it ends, did you get more BSOD after upgrading display driver?

After I update my display driver using AMD Driver Autodetect,
BSOD stops occurring for just few days.
But then everything went back to normal, BSOD randomly happens when I'm playing DotA2/ youtube.

So, that would mean there is still a problem. Can you clean install your OS again and install the updated drivers to give it a try?
