Need Help with RAM Asus x470 Prime Pro

2700x Ryzen
PV416G300C6K Viper Memory kit 3000mhz
MSI 1060 6gb Oc

I can not get my RAM to go above 2400mhz

I've cleared CMOS
They are in the right slots
I've tried changing everything manually and auto
I've used XMP

The RAM is listed on the QVL.

Update BIOS to Version 4011

Run MemTest86

did u try putting timings in manually ?, I have same board , but diff ram ( trident z RGB 3200 , OC'd at 3200 ) 16gb 8x2

I did, 3 boot loop then have to reset BIOS settings.

hmm, do u have diff ddr4 ram to test ? and if not try only 1 in 1 slot , then the other and vise versa, did u ever try and breadboard it first b4 anything?

Same 3 boot loops have to put back to 2400mhz

see if you use only 1 ram module and set axmp if system strart and stay stable no loop do this test with both ram stick in the same slot .

yea , I would try what scout_03 says , kinda what I was saying as well . try each ram module and each slot A2 and B2 slots , no other slots
