I have just upgraded my memory to 32gb from 16gb. Everything was running fine n then I would get random memory error messages on chrome. I rebooted and everything was ok for a few days. After playing a video game last night, it froze and I got a blue screen from windows, something about memory management. I then went into my bios and realized that I was using my old rams timing and voltage. My old ram was 16 - 18 - 18 at 1.35 volts. My new ram is 22 - 22 - 22 at 1.2 volts. Could this be the reason for my issue. My next step is running memtest.

Did you upgrade by adding 16gb, or did you replace with a 32gb kit?
Mismatched ram can cause all sorts of issues.

Ram faster than default is overclocked ram running at higher than stock voltages.
By itself, not dangerous unless it is an extreme jump.

It would help if you listed your specs in detail.

By all means run memtest.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.

My new ram is 22 - 22 - 22 at 1.2 volts.
What ram is it?
Can you show screenshots from CPU-Z - memory and spd sections?
(upload to imgur.com and post link)

Also list model names of your cpu and motherboard
(or show screenshots from CPU-Z - cpu and motherboard sections).
Do you think that running it at that higher voltage for a while damaged it in any way?
Is it DDR4 ?
For DDR4 1.35V is standard OC voltage.
It should be able to handle these voltages without taking any damage.
