Question Need help with RAM on a very old PC!

I'm trying to keep alive a 12 years but ram is becoming a problem.
I currently have 8gb (2x4) and would like to bring it to 32gb.

I don't want to mess it up and buy something that won't fit so just wanted to get some advices.

My motherboard is an ASROCK Z77 Extreme4

Any cheap way to do that?
Could you guys link me something in Canada that you would recommend buying?
