Need help with RAM timings

plzzzz help me what timings should i put for this ram....tx in advance.

Start with "Auto". Then use CPU-Z to see what timings are built-into the RAM.

the auto function ok but how will i read in cpuz....i know computers nicely i also oc but i dunno how 2 read timings in cpuz....my bad .... plz help
