Question Need help with slow connectivity on my ASUS B550-f motherboard

Ever since I got my motherboard Ive had REALLY slow internet speeds and have been unable to resolve it. It averages a max of 5 Mbps wireless and sugnificantly increases while wired.
Specs:
Ryzen 7 5700G (Not using integrated graphics),
4x Corsair 16GB DDR4 RAM 3200MHz,
RTX 3060.

This is WIFI performance? Do you have the "shark fin" antenna connected to the motherboard ?

Yes, oreantation of the wires and angle of fin doesn’t seem to matter at all

Some people forget to connect the antenna and then complain about poor WIFI performance, had to check that you DID connect the antenna.
