Question Need help with streaming settings

Hey guys I need help with my streaming settings. No matter what I change or do it seems like my stream is always laggy or choppy and I've seen lower end systems stream way better than me not sure what I am doing wrong. I guess my question is what settings and quality should I use? I use streamlabs OBS and no matter what I change I can't get a smooth stream.
My PC specs are:

Intel i9 10900k
Nvidia GTX 3080
32 GB RAM
My Download and Upload speeds are pretty good
My monitors are 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitors

Did you go through this site for suggestions on what settings to choose? Also, make sure you're on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard, the latest OS version and the latest drivers(use DDU to reinstall your GPU drivers with the latest installed in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator).

How good is good? We could use some numbers for your upload speeds.
