I dont need a hard drive either. I might get an ssd.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: i had a gtx 650 and the pc broke no idea why

Sorry if its messy , sent from an iPhone

CPU - i5 4690k
CPU Cooler - You have to get a Z97 motherboard to so SLI and already have the 4690k CPU... this IS an overclocking setup regardless of whether you actually do it or not. Do yourself a favor and add an aftermarket CPU cooler now. Not only will it do a better job controlling heat (marginal since not overclocking), you may change your mind on overclocking when you start to let those GTX 980s stretch their legs. The Hyper 212 EVO or Noctua are good choices.
MB - ASRock Fatal1ty z97 looks to be the cheapest Z97 board that will do SLI - http://uae.dtcae.com/product/asrock-fatal1ty-z97-killer-motherboard-5240/
MEM - 16GB of what speed, at what latency and voltage?
GPU - 2 x GTX 980
SSD - Samsung 840 or 850 EVO, Crucial MX100, or OCZ Arc 100 are typically the better budget purchases.
PSU - You will need a quality 850w PSU to handle a pair of GTX 980 GPUs. Look first toward XFX or Seasonic, then if needed look toward Antec or EVGA. Looks like Antec is your better choice from the UAE web site.. - http://uae.dtcae.com/product/antec-hcg850m-3609/
CASE - The Corsair 300R will fit "long" GPUs like the GTX 980. The stock fans are fine here. No need to replace them. - http://uae.dtcae.com/product/corsair-carbide-300r-black-midtower-gaming-case-with-side-window-2319/

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005T63BJM/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_LdCcvb0KV9J58

This is the ram, i know its not fast but i heard that the other ones have almost no noticeable effects.

And you dont recommend me getting an h100i?

And this is the graphics card

That memory is high latency being CL10, but will be fine. With those tall heat spreaders you will also need to move the fan up on some aftermarket CPU coolers for clearance (this includes the 212 EVO). In the future look for DDR3-1600 CL9 or lower, or DDR3-1866 CL10 or lower, without tall heat spreaders.

Nope. The H100i is nice (as its big brother the H110), but you aren't sold on overclocking. Even if you were going to overclock on day 1, the Hyper 212 EVO or any of the Noctua air coolers will keeps temps in check just the same. Go with the H100i if you want bragging rights or want the "cool" effect of water cooling. Functionally, an air cooler nets the same results for cheaper.

Id rather save up some money if it isnt needed i can always upgrade later. Soo a cheap cpu fan will do . What about the monitor . And i heard these graphics cards get hot , would i need a fan for them?

Don't confuse cheap with low quality. The Hyper 212 evo may be budget friendly, but is no slouch when it comes to cooling. At that same price range you can find plenty of less than desirable coolers. Hyper 212 or Noctua...

Those graphics cards stay relatively cool. If you go with a quality case you will be fine. Just make sure you have at least one intake fan on the front, and at least one exhaust fan on the back. If you can do an intake fan on the bottom and side, then supplement exhaust fans on the top you would be set, but this is overkill. Promote front-to-back airflow in the case with two or three fans, then see where you stand. You will likely be fine.

For a monitor I would recommend an LED IPS panel. The IPS option adds a little to the cost, but viewing angles are greatly improved. Cross the filtered list below with where you are purchasing from to find the better deal...
