I just bought AMD FX 6300 Black edition, and Gskill 8gb DDR3 ram. I
wish to do mild ocing. So i cancelled my previous order of MSI
970A-G43 motherboard and planning to get the GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P
instead.
now my questions are:
1. Is this a good motherboard? I plan to do mild OCing to play games
like fallout 4 at decent settings.
2. Since my proccesor is already Black Edition, will i still need to
OC it? or will it be factory OCed?
3. will there be any issues if I get the gtx 750 ti 2gb?
4. The Ram i have is Gskill ripjaws x 1600 mhz class 10. 8gb x 1. this
will suit my needs just fine right? or will the mobo pull it back to
1300 mhz?
5.After putting in the graphics card, RAM, etc. what should be my psu
be? in watts. will it exceed the antec vp450 watt if i have to get
cooling fans later on? (i plan to get evo 212).
6. I have doubts thats this whole setup will fit in my cabinet
"Zebronics RAYS Desktop PC Cabinet (without SMPS) ZEB-121R ".

please guide me to make an upgradeable pc. (i"ll hopefully be upgrading after 5 yrs).

if there are components that better suit my needs at a lower or similar price please do recommend them to me.
I'll definetly consider them if they are available in India.
THANKYOU in advance.

You CPU looks solid for gaming and the motherboard shouldn't have any problem housing the graphics card. But just keep in mind that the CPU and the motherboard my not be compatible and overclocking shouldn't be necessary. The RAM speed doesn't really matter because most RAM have very little speed change that it is basically unnoticeable. As for the PSU, i suggest a 850w just in case you do overclocking, also this will leave a lot of room to install new things. Also i suggest going with this case from cooler master as it is big and will easily house most things; http://www.legitreviews.com/cooler-master-haf-x-black-gaming-case-review_1311

I inserted and bolded the answers above for you. Hope that helps.

I highly suggest reevaluating your post. The selected motherboard for sure is compatible, and the cpu should be overclocked to keep up with more modern Intel cpu's. You are right that the ram speed makes little difference in this situation. And 850w is the starting wattage that most people recommend for CF/SLI on high level graphics cards. Their is no need for someone in his situation to buy a 850w psu. And I imagine that someone in India asking for a budget build won't be buying a full tower like the HAF X due to its high price, and low availibility.

CPU and Motherboard are compatible and are working wonders. I have the same MB but the FX 6350 instead. Your build looks pretty decent. I would look a bit further into another GPU. At the GTX 750 price you can add a bit more and get a R9 280x or an R9 380. Both of them are way better than the GTX 750. Just keep in mind, BOTH of them are quite big GPU's so I recomend to add everything together on pcpartpicker and look for a decent case.
