So I had this build on PCPartPicker and I was checking prices elsewhere getting ready to buy everything when some of the parts became unable to be bought for those prices. This is the list:
PCPartPicker part list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/VZ3bsY
Price breakdown by merchant: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/VZ3bsY/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor (£96.73)
Motherboard: ASRock H110M-HDV Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (£56.47 @ More Computers)
Memory: Panram Ninja-V 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£39.95 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card
Case: BitFenix Nova ATX Mid Tower Case (£26.99 @ Novatech)
Power Supply: XFX TS 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Total: £220.14
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The GPU was around £100, the RAM was about £27 and the PSU made it up to £385 total. Could someone please suggest equal parts at the mentioned prices. I would like the total price to be around £400.

Thank you to everyone in advance :)

This is as close as I get could get it to your original pricing. Don't worry about the Ram speed, you board only runs 2133 anyway.

Don't worry about it not being able to verify the size with your case, I checked the case's website and it fits up to 320mm graphics cards. Hope this all works for you, good news is the r7 370 is faster than the r9 270X! (not by much). Best of luck building your PC!
