Need help with troubleshooting an underperforming pc

PC seems to be heavily underperforming. Getting low fps and/or stutters when playing anything, browsers are insanely slow. Graphics Card overclock is no longer stable, but my temps are fine. Had to remove the overclock. PC is less than 1 year old. Even typing this up the screen is stuttering nonstop and the letters are showing up seconds after I type them.

Asus x370 Prime
16gb TridentZ RGB 3000mhz

make sure with new ryzen and intel cpu your bios is up to date. try unplugging the wd hard drive or run some tests on it. if the drive is going bad it can hang the system.

Had just updated my bios to the newest version before posting. Which hd tests should I run? The hard drive is only a couple months old so doubt its the problem, but I will give it a shot

Here is my HD Tune result. WD tester said my drives are healthy. I have tried 3 versions of Radeon GFX drivers with no effect. Not sure what else to try, still having huge stuttering issues on many games and using my browser.

have ran sfc scan, reinstalled windows, now everything is even worse after reinstalling, microsoft edge crashes nonstop. cant even get a different browser.

did you reinstall using windows 10 1809 build or is your disk/usb stick have older version of windows. with amd system you need to install the newest amd chipset driver during the install by hitting f6 and doing a custom driver install.

Install Samsung magician software and run diagnostics. Do you have those ssds in raid?
