Need help with turbo and Asus rampage 2 extreme x58

ok this is driving me crazy. I cant seem to get turbo to work at all when over clocking the BCLK. As soon as i change
from auto to 200 BCLK turbo is gone. I only get 21 multi when all settings are auto. Is there some thing im missing. Im still using the stock bios since i just got the board today. any help would be great.

AFAIK it is better for OCing to disable turbo.
