Need help with uefi bios

I bought a brand new PC from a store.
Every time I turn it on it starts uefi bios utility - ez mode.
I want to install windows 7 on it but every time it boots from a dvd or usb it gets stuck immediately. Help please

Windows 7 may not be supported by new motherboards as its obsolete now. Try Windows 8.1/10

Windows 7 doesn't have any native driver support for USB 3.0. If your motherboard only has USB 3.0 ports then you won't be able to use a USB mouse and/or USB keyboard during the Windows 7 install process. You would need to slipstream USB 3.0 drivers into the Windows 7 installer image.
