So I downloaded Speccy to see how much Memory can my motherboard hold, I am planning to buy a 4GB Ram, I already have 2 GB, which will make it 6GB. After Analysis :

Memory
Type DDR3
Size 2048 MBytes
Channels # Single
CAS# Latency (CL) 7 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) 7 clocks
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 7 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS) 20 clocks
Bank Cycle Time (tRC) 27 clocks
Command Rate (CR) 1T

Physical Memory
Memory Usage 94 %
Total Physical 2.00 GB
Available Physical 107 MB
Total Virtual 4.00 GB
Available Virtual 1.69 GB <---------- IS THIS SUPPOSED TO MEAN I CAN USE
ONLY ONE MORE 2GB RAM?

Total Physical 2GB = RAM out of which 107MB is available for your use.
Total Virtual 4GB = This is Virtual RAM allocated out of your hard disk. 1.69GB available.

For your system, minimum RAM upgrade is to add a 4GB stick
My recommendation is to go for 2x4GB the maximum RAM.
