need help with upgrades

this is what i got, im not sure if this is everything i need to list if i forget something please let me know.
Processor: intel core i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz
RAM: 4 gb (3.87) usable
System type: 64 bit
Graphics card: Geforce 9500 GT

Right now I can only run skyrim in a the smallest window without getting any lag, i'd like to be able to play it full screen and not have any stutter and I would also like to be able to play new games like far cry primal. If you could help me out by letting me know some parts I could upgrade to or something along those lines that would be amazing.

You should actually get 4 gbs more of ram and a gtx 1050ti or gtx 1060 depends on your budget. That should be more than enough

A 1060 is fine as long as you don't want to MAX out all games at 1080p.

I'm not looking for amazing graphics tbh, I just want to be able to run somewhat new games without having lag/stutter.
The screen i'm using isn't even that great so I wouldn't be able to take advantage of max graphics anyways.
