Need help with upgrading my PC

So im upgrading my pc for gaming.I have:
ASUS M5A97 R2.0 motherboard
AMD FX 8320 8 cpus (3.5 ghz)
AMD RADEON HD 7700
8 gb hyperx fury ram 1x8

Now im looking to buy the following and im just wondering will the motherboard fit in the MIDI tower and gpu on my current motherboard.

SAPPHIRE AMD Radeon R9 280X VaporX TRI-X Boost, 3 GB GDDR5
FORTRON Raider Silver, 750W
88% efficiency
Line Type/ Main connector 20+4 Pins

4 pin Floppy Connector 1
SATA Connector 9
4 pin Molex Connector 3
PCI-E 6+2 pin Connector 4

Am i good to buy all these and fit it on the motherboard and the motherboard inside the case?
