Question Frame rate issue

Hey everyone, Looking for some help.
Trying out a demo (PGA Tour 2K25) free by the way. The game is played through Steam.When I first tried the game my frame rates were very low 30 to 60 I rebooted my computer and the rates shot up to 150-300 plus.
Any suggestions on why?

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11600K @ 3.90GHz
32 GB ram
Amd 6650 XT
Windows 11

Hey there,

It could have just been a driver glitch, or maybe you changed resolution or something and the driver got stuck. If it consistently works with FPS, then it's prob just something simple like that.

It's also possible the game was just configuring itself to your hardware, and a reboot of the game may have been required for the changes to take effect. This often happens.
