I'm getting the asus posedion and I want to water cool it. My cpu cooler is the swiftech 240x! So I heard you can extend and I want to! I want to use it to cool my gpu also so my question is what do I need to extend the loop to include my cpu as well as my gpu (graphics card) ? I also hope to be able to change the tubing that comes with the swiftech but if that isn't possible its fine. I wish to have clear tubing and a blue coolant! My build is in a white phanteks entho luxe! Please help!

It didn't look like they had the right size stock tubes at swiftech site but the other things they had. That's all you really need and then whatever color coolant you want.

Clamp

3/8 G 1/4 for the barbs compression lock or the regular barb with a clamp

I don't know if the 240x will be strong enough by itself to cool both, you can certainly try and you should be able to get low enough temps for safety, but not so sure how they'd compare to what you're getting now. You can add another 120 or 140 rad to it, if you aren't happy with the temps, the pump I'm pretty sure is strong enough flow wise for both cpu and gpu.

You just need to run the tubes from 240 to cpu or gpu, then instead of going back to the 240, go to the gpu/cpu and then the gpu/cpu back to the 240.

Just giving you choices...one is by the foot, the other is 25 feet or something...you'll need to measure from 240 to cpu one tube, cpu to gpu another tube, gpu back to 240 and then how many barbs....they are either the compression type that screws or has clamps like what you have now, so you need to decide if you'll change or use the clamps and/or barbs you have now as to how many you will need in total, you'll need one at each section you join the tube.

I'd just buy the one by the foot or whatever or if you see any other clear you like better on the site...the measurements you need are above.
