Need help

Can anybody tell me how to run Benchmarks on my video card with the following three games ?

Star Wars Jedi Knight, Jedi Outcast II
AquaNox
Camanche 4

Do I need the fullversions of these Games or will the demos sufice

well, see, heres the thing. a REAL benchmark is something that anyone can run exactly the same. like if youre playing a game and you say youre getting 30 fps (whatever), and someone else is playing the game and says theyre getting 40, that dosnt mean anything because they could be in a totally different place doing something completely different. so benchmarks arent worth anything unless you can compare your results to someone elses that ran the exact same thing. buuuuuut... if you wanna benchmark those games heres what you can do...
download fraps (search for it) it measures your framerate in game(theres also console commands but they dont log the #'s) then when you run fraps you can select either the bottom option (so it saves ur framerate every second for as long as your in the game), or you can do the manual thing and just have scroll lock on or off to either save the framerates every second or not. im not sure if you can make demos with those games or not (probly with jk2 but i dont know how), its easy to make a demo in ut though. (a demo records what youre doing in the game basically, and you can play it back later (or give it to ur friends for REAL benchmarking )

Hey Willamette_Sucks thanks for the Info but what I wanted to do Is use those games I just mentioned to Benchmark my video card I already us Other programs to benchmark my video card such as 3dmark but I will check out fraps.
