Okay my question at this point is are you ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY that that's the model you have?
If that is indeed the model you have, the website says that it's compatible with Win 10, so I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. Maybe try downloading Piriform CCleaner
https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner (free version will do just fine) and run a scan of your registry. Fix any problems it finds, but be sure to back up changes when it prompts you to. Then restart immediately after fixing the issues to make sure that the hives on your disk are updated with the changes you made. Then try following saywhut's instructions.
Let me know if that helps.
Another suggestion would be to search your appdata folders for any leftover components of the previous installation(s). Appdata folders are found at C:\users\(username)\appdata LEAVE THE LOCAL LOW FOLDER ALONE. Report back with anything that looks suspicious before you delete anything.
