Question NEED HELP!

Hey guys, let me take you through my 2 days of hell as quickly as possible. I restarted my computer after downloading Samsungsung 860 EVO software directly from their website. Once I restarted my windows would not boot on the SSD no matter what I did. Even going through F11, etc etc... it would not boot. I then attached an old HDD so I could boot windows and try to clear the SSD of any corrupt files. It took over 24 hours to install, uninstall, update, etc. just to finally get into my desktop. Everything is gone, but its not. Its weird. I can look under my devices and see the HDD and when I browse MY PC files it shows the SSD fully functioning. Currently the SSD will still not boot and I have the HDD set as the #1 boot option. WIthout it I get a error message that says my SSD no longer has windows??
