Question NEED HELP

I just built a brand new pc, took some time but i finally got everything working properly. I have a ryzen 3700x, gigabyte 5700xt, and 32gb of ram which is well enough to play league of legends like I am trying to. I have run multiple benchmarks and have gotten good scores for my system as well as even temps, but I am seeing damn near 1-2fps on my screen always. I even just got a new mouse as I thought the ghosting I was seeing was a tracking issue. I have spent about an hour trying to problem solve including switching cables/ports/monitors. Really could use some help!

Post a video of what you are seeing, what you are describing does not make sense. You are talking about ghosting which happens with low refresh rate monitors but not sure what this 1-2 fps you are seeing is. Try to describe what is happening in a different way, and list specs along with the monitor and connections you are using.
