Build Complete NEED HELP

This is my second time building, this time nothing will come on. No lights, fans or nothing. There has been a light behind the power button on the case but it went away. The flash bios button will work if I press it on the motherboard, That’s been the only light or “sign of life” I know the motherboard had to be updating to an higher version for it to be compatible, but I was almost certain this wouldn’t be an issue to start at least. I did the paper clip test on the PSU, it spun for about a second then stopped. Any help?

Which exact PSU ? That paper clip test means nothing with modern PSUs. Not even for it's fan as most now have 0 speed fans that don't turn on until certain temperature.
