Question Need help?

So i recently got a new chassis and i moved all my stuff to the new one. The new chassis has 4 led fans. I connected them all exactly like the pictures told me. Wasnt turning on gave up. today I went to try and it turned on though only one fan was on. So i decided to fix the other 3 fans but now it wont turn on again. Also i got a new power supply this one is 600w (other one was 300) could it be the motherboard or the led connections
