Shamelessly bumping your post every few minutes isn't the way to get what you want. You don't "need" a system builders version, but they're cheaper and will work fine. I'd get this:

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64-bit for System Builders - OEM

I've used that version on quite a few builds. It works great and the price is pretty good. You just don't get any support from Microsoft when you buy OEM software, but I've never needed Microsoft's help anyway.
