This is the PC I am planning on building in the next few months. I am fairly new to PC building so I'm still not that good at it. I'm trying to keep a budget under 1100$ but I will go up to 1200 if I need to. I will also probably wait till late July to buy the gpu in case the prices go down. I do also plan on overclocking my gpu. So any input or suggestions to make this build better or more worth my money would be helpful. Thanks.

Surmising your PC is for gaming, I think it is a fairly capable system.
However, your Motherboard is not quite a match for this system, being one of the most vital components.
I would suggest getting a 650w 80+ Gold PSU and add the extra money to the Motherboard.
Also, keep an eye out for combo bargains (a Motherboard and GPU package for example) as they can save you some money.

Build seems pretty solid all round price wise, if you’re only going to be playing at 1080p 60fps, you could go get away with the gtx 1060 over the 1070.

Also unless you’re going to be doing photo/video editing or other CPU intense tasks there is no real need for 6 cores, 4 cores with or without HT will be just fine. going the AMD Ryzen route could also save a little money we’re you willing to look in to it.

Yea its for gaming. Could you recommend ram, a case and psu wattage? Im thinking of an ssd but they seem kind of expensive. Could you recommend what kind of ssd to get aswell? And as for fans, are you saying I can hold off on buying them for awhile? Thanks

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236059 That is the monitor I'm thinking of using, but I think Im gonna upgrade so I can play at 1440p. As of right now I play fps games that are easy to run because my current rig only runs 1080p on medium settings. But when I get this PC I am planning on getting games like squad, pubg, project cars 2, and other games like that. I plan on playing these games at ultra at 1440p.

I will get this:

8 gb ram is too small for your budget. 1070ti can oc to 1080 stock level.

Could you recommend me a motherboard that you know of? And also if you could tell me what kind of motherboard specs that would be great too.
